Since one of the current topics being discussed is the vanishing shopping mall (http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=540166), I've been wondering why there isn't more of an overall interest (and I don't mean on HN, I mean in general) in apartments and condos mixed in with shopping centers, like malls.
