No, neither of those mainstream models of living are countercultural.
The LGBTQ+ was countercultural, but is no longer. It's nice that a person's individual choices, whatever they may be, are no longer controversial.
But that also means we have to look beyond individual expression to find the present day counterculture, something that a lot of people in this thread seem to miss.
